Analysis of Survey Results Data Needs 2019

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2019 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS Bireuen Regency by face to face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail , letters, websites and online statistics services. In general, the purpose of the 2019 SKD implementation is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of SKD 2019 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
