2026 Economic Census Field Officer Evaluation Meeting

BPS Bireuen Regency held an evaluation meeting for the 2026 Economic Census field officers as part of the activities following the completion of field data collection. The meeting provided an opportunity to review the implementation of the census, including the data collection process and various challenges encountered in the field. The evaluation was conducted to ensure that each stage had been carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards. It also served as an important forum for identifying areas that need improvement to support the quality of the census data.

During the meeting, field officers were given the opportunity to share their experiences, findings, and challenges encountered throughout the data collection process. Their feedback served as valuable input for evaluating the effectiveness of field operations. The discussion also covered the completeness, consistency, and quality of the data collected. Through a comprehensive evaluation, identified issues can be followed up appropriately and provide valuable lessons for future statistical activities.

The evaluation meeting reaffirmed BPS Bireuen Regency’s commitment to maintaining the quality of every stage of the 2026 Economic Census. The success of the census is determined not only by the data collection process but also by the coordination, verification, and evaluation carried out afterward. The results of the evaluation will serve as important input for the subsequent data processing stage toward producing accurate and reliable economic statistics. Through the collaboration of all field officers and BPS staff, the 2026 Economic Census is expected to produce data that can support economic development in Bireuen Regency.
